Episcopal SeniorLife Communities (ESLC) is a nonprofit organization that assists aging adults across the Rochester, NY region. With eight housing communities and a Neighborhood Program that focuses on the health and wellness of seniors within and surrounding our physical locations, we seek to respond to the social needs and changes of our elders to provide the highest quality of care to seniors. We strive to: • Enrich the resident experience through investing in the experience and environment of both residents and staff at each of our communities. • Expand neighborhood-based options that are affordable, improve the resident’s quality of life and support living well. • Embrace our mission to support seniors within our continuum of care. • Empower our workforce who are the backbone of our organization by investing in their continued education, career advancement and personal development.
