St. Ann's Community

St. Ann's Community is a not-for-profit senior care organization in Rochester, NY offering the full continuum of care, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. Our mission is to foster the physical health, independence, and emotional and spiritual well-being of older adults, and support those needs as they change over time. Every year St. Ann’s services touch the lives of more than 3,000 elders in the Greater Rochester Region. We are one of Rochester’s largest private employers, with over 1,100 employees. St. Ann’s was founded in 1873 by the Sisters of St. Joseph. We are celebrating 150 years of serving our community in 2023.
