The Center for Youth

The Center for Youth is a youth-centered, multi-programming agency founded 50 years ago by a group of teenagers who believed that youth voices must be heard and that outreach includes serving young people where they are - in schools, on the streets, in shelters, in juvenile justice and in our offices, fiercely and with a full commitment. Our mission is to create a beloved community where all youth thrive and succeed and most especially those young people in our community facing housing instability and homelessness. All services to young people & families are free, voluntary, confidential, respectful and accessible 24/7, 365 days a year. Our programs & services are in schools, recreation centers, Center offices and in neighborhoods where young people thrive.
