The Local Sound Collaborative was founded in April 2022 as a means to support the growth and development of music in our local community. We offer our premier artist grants program that gives individuals financial support to pursue their craft. Currently there are 15 schools on our roster that we provide music education for. Ultimately these two programs drive our focus at the moment, but we also host events, support groups, and video sessions that help strengthen the connection of the Rochester music scene.
